The Art Room was buzzing with laughter and chatter. Our Italy girls are back and brought out the
photos and told the stories as the rest of us hung on every word. What wonderful memories and enough art fodder to keep you painting for at least a year. We all enjoyed seeing our art friends.
This week's art was unique. I loved the energy in the room. Here are the paintings:

Michelle painted the Thua Gardens in Acadia using pastels. The reflections are beautiful and the colors are
beautiful. The composition is pleasing and her stroke marks are an integral part of this painting. Fabulous, Michelle

Rita painted this church in Italy. The lines of the church are interesting
with round windows and curved doorways. She has used strong
verticals and horizontals and softened it with other shapes. The soft
